Reservations:

Reservations are valid only after confirmation from the office and payment of the deposit or the full amount, depending on the tour.

Payment methods:

• Cash in the office

• Deposit in a bank account

• Payment by card (in person or via link)

Cancellations:

Cancellation up to x days before departure, with the possibility of a 100% or 50% refund or no refund for cancellation on the last day (where x, the indicated price of cancellation days mentioned on our website in the description of the tour or after telephone or in person information)

Office responsibility:

The agency is not responsible for delays or changes to the schedule due to force majeure (e.g. weather conditions, strikes).

Amendments:

Apollon Holidays reserves the right to modify the program, always with respect to the customer and his/her safety.
